Akira Tochigi　（National Museum of Modern Art Tokyo National Film Center) Representing the National Museum of Modern Art Tokyo National Film Center from Japan, Akira Tochigi addressed the Japanese copyright law, which has recently been revised. Tochigi made note of the fact that there are different interpretations concerning the relationship between the old Japanese copyright law and the new Japanese copyright law which was revised in 2003 and implemented into law in 2004.
